Founder & Managing Director
Myles Bigland is a member of STEP, the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners and the Society of Will Writers. He brings to a client’s experience everything that is needed, both in terms of expertise and the human touch.
He started his career after Cardiff University and City Law School in public relations for Network Rail in the world of parliament and other senior stakeholder engagement.
He went to work for the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) for some years as well as teaching Law at apprenticeship level.
Latterly, he has worked in personal financial advice with two large networks of IFAs; he recognised that there was a gap in the advice process for clients, namely a decent Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney proposition.
He decided to develop a business based around that gap.

Costs of Service
Wills
Our Will preparation starts at £400 per person, excluding print and secure postage). For your peace of mind, and that of your beneficiaries we advise that you store your Will with us at no extra cost.
Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
For our team to prepare your LPA’s and process each through to registration will cost from £550 for each LPA (exclusive of the registration fee payable to the OPG).
Fee for Registration is currently £82.
Estate Planning
We offer a Will with Property Protection Trust from £1,000, allowing the surviving co-owner to live in and benefit from your property during their lifetime, with the property eventually passing to your children.
A Severance of Tenancy enables Joint Tenants to change the status of their property ownership to Tenants in Common. Our fee starts from £250.
We also draft Wills with Discretionary Trusts: legal structures, which can offer increased asset protection for your loved ones, starting from £1,500.
